The Birkman Method is a scientifically developed, multi-dimensional personality assessment providing insights into individuals’ unique behaviour and work satisfaction across different situations. Red Rock International has used the tool in Qatar with various organisations including Hamad Medical Corporation, North Oil Company, Georgetown University, Dolphin Energy, and Texas A&M University.
The workshop is split into two parts. First, you’ll learn how to interpret the data of your report, explore the ten motivators, and compare your scores with other team members. Next, your group will engage in a team exercise on a floor grid that mirrors the report. Participants position themselves based on their report, allowing you to identify similarities and differences within the team.
