By drawing on key conflict management concepts from neuroscience and social science, we help demystify the field of conflict.  <\/p><p>Once participants understand the triggers and elements involved in conflict\u2014and that conflict doesn&#8217;t mean being out of control\u2014we work through a step-by-step conflict management process. This process includes role-playing, practical exercises, and reviews. By the end of the training, participants have the confidence, tools, and understanding to implement these <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/redrockinternational.com\/ma\/service\/soft-skills\/\">vital
