Since 2005, we have been partnering with companies and organisations who require a fresh, high impact and tailored approach to developing their people. Over the years, our customers have asked us about including certification and qualifications in the programmes we design for them. As a result of this we chose to partner with ILM and are proud to be an ILM Approved Centre and Recognised Provider of leadership and management qualifications and development programmes, \u00a0which can be delivered in English and Arabic. \u00a0This valuable addition to our quiver is already paying dividends and proving to be highly motivating to employees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We offer our customers the opportunity to have an industry-recognised ILM qualification included as part of their leadership programmes. To best equip learners for the roles they will undertake, we embed the qualifications into our experiential learning solutions. For example, we are currently delivering a wide-ranging three-year programme, in Arabic, \u00a0for a large medical corporation in which learners will also be able to achieve ILM Level 3 and 5 Awards in Leadership and Management.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ILM is a UK-based, globally-respected provider of leadership and management qualifications for more than 70,000 people around the world each year. Their qualifications are awarded by The City and Guilds of London Institute which was founded in 1878 and is incorporated by Royal Charter. In addition to formal qualifications, ILM also recognises high-quality training through their Recognised Development Programme quality-assurance scheme. Red Rock International offers four such programmes and, upon completion, participants receive an ILM certificate to show that the training has been assessed for quality by a globally-recognised body.
