Cranes

Unity in the workplace is a vital element for success. It requires a shared purpose, a common goal and vision, and leaders that model unity. Each team must work together to build their crane and prepare their boxes. As soon as all teams are ready, they collaborate to use their cranes to put together the highest tower.

The group is split into teams. Each team must construct their crane as fast as they possibly can. After construction is done, the teams must work together to strategically place their cranes so that they can start the tower construction. 

This is an intense experience that aligns expectations and embeds behaviors necessary for matrix working. Teams learn how to move from working in silos to owning the bigger picture.
