Understand the role of an experiential facilitator and how to develop your confidence and skills to deliver powerful training
This course is about developing new understanding and skills to help you facilitate experiential learning. Starting with the needs of the learner we will look at how to make learning effective and how to facilitate the whole experience and reviews.
Who is it for?
This course is perfect for anyone involved in helping others learn and develop, or any trainer who would like to deliver training for Red Rock International Qatar, as an associate. You might be a trainer, HR specialist, teacher, lecturer, public speaker or a team leader.
Background
The origins of this course are in our own internal staff development at RRI. Over 20 years we’ve refined our way of working based on research and our experience of what is effective with adult learners. The course was first made public when a group of six universities asked us to train their student support staff to equip them to run a student leadership program.
Face-to-face course over 3 sessions
The course will be run over three evenings from 5pm to 8pm at the Diplomatic Club in West Bay, Doha with refreshments provided.
The training will take place on Tuesday 7th May, Tuesday 14th  May and Tuesday 21st May 2023.
Participants will receive a completion certificate from Red Rock International.
Clear learning outcomes for each session
This training will be split into 3 distinct areas on each of the 3 dates, covering key learning topics:
- Red Rock culture and methodology
- Experiential exercise delivery
- Experiential exercise review facilitation
This course will incorporate elements of our ILM recognised Facilitation Skills course.
