Our customisable structure means that we can build around your competency frameworks, company values and existing programmes for a seamless learning experience. We can also include additional learning activities such as coaching and assessments between modules if that's what you need.

Delivery

We offer flexible delivery scheduling to suit your operational needs. Whether you prefer intensive short-term sessions or a longer programme with spaced-out modules, we tailor the schedule to minimise disruption and maximise learning for your participants.

Group Size

We typically recommend up to 20 participants per cohort for an optimal learning experience. However, we can adjust the group size to suit your needs, whether you prefer smaller, focused groups or larger cohorts to include more participants.

Branding

We can produce professional materials and workbooks branded for your organisation. Featuring your logo and brand colours, these customised resources enhance the learning experience and reinforce your organisational identity.

Trainer Ratio

As standard, we offer a 10:1 participant to trainer ratio - much higher than the industry average. If you would like to increase the trainer to learner ratio further, we can do this.

Case study - Hamad Medical Corporation

Hamad Medical Corporation asked Red Rock International to develop and deliver a leadership development programme for its Qatari senior security supervisors in Arabic. The programme was customised to the group’s learning requirements and incorporated an ILM Level 3 Award. RRI developed sector specific exercises and case studies to enhance the learning experience.

Delegates who completed the Level 3 Award advanced onto an ILM Level 3 Certificate and a new intake of staff preparing for leadership roles were inducted onto a one-year Level 2 Certificate programme.
