Leadership is hard work. We believe that it is easy to recognize a leader when you see one, but it takes more than that to be one. Leadership requires continuous work on one’s character.

This course equips the participants with the Leadership Model which focuses on the different leadership characteristics. This course will deeply explore the aspects of self-awareness, character, relationship, responsibility and vision.
