Join in and do what you can to help to grow an online community for L&D in Qatar! As L&D professionals, we’re facing new and unprecedented challenges due to Covid-19. Join us to benefit from talking with others about the encouragements and challenges we’re currently facing.
TLC is an initiative by Red Rock International to draw together learning professionals in Qatar to inspire and encourage with fresh ideas as well as tried and tested solutions to enliven your workplaces and help your employees shine.
Each gathering is themed around a current need or solution trend and features facilitated networking; bite-sized teaching with experiential elements and give-away materials; first hand wisdom from a locally practicing learning professional and an array of resources to browse.

The online gathering has four components
1. Networking
Facilitated and focussed
Forming community is one of the main reasons behind developing this group. Building friendships and gleaning pearls of wisdom from each other’s experience is refreshing. We’ll keep this section snappy and fun.
2. Experience
Engaging exercises delivered by a senior RRI trainer
People learn better by doing. In this section we’ll give you a great taster of an experiential element of one of our courses and we’ll share with you the material resources you’ll need to deliver it.
3. Testimonial
Insights from a locally practicing learning professional
It could be a successful course, an inspiring conference or an essential read – let us know about it. This section is a platform for one person or team to pass on their wisdom and enable each of us to grow.
4. Resources
Information, resources and guidence
We’ll bring along recommended books and exciting resources to buy plus helpful information about our courses and materials.
