A brief introduction to the qualification where attendees will meet the trainers and become acquainted with the qualification structure and requirements.
2. Learning
Over multiple training sessions, your team will be guided by our expert trainers and facilitators as the content of each unit is unpacked, explored, and practised.
3. Assessments
Each unit is assessed through a 1-hour professional conversation, avoiding lengthy assignment writing while ensuring comprehensive understanding.
4. Progression
As each unit is completed, attendees will earn credits that contribute to the qualification. Steps 2 and 3, learning and assessments, will be repeated for each module.
5. Graduation
We'll host a graduation ceremony to mark the completion of all modules. Attendees will receive their qualification and have an opportunity to reflect on their development journey.
6. Performance
