The workshop is split into two parts. First, you’ll learn how to interpret the data of your report, explore the ten motivators, and compare your scores with other team members.
Next, your group will engage in a team exercise on a floor grid that mirrors the report. Participants position themselves based on their report, allowing you to identify similarities and differences within the team.
