The JW Marriot is one of our favourite Cairo hotels for large group team building where lots of outdoor space is needed. We have often taken over the driving range field for teams to create giant Marble Runs, Bridges or complete many other team building activities. 2) Sky Resort, Cairo
Sky Executive resort is an exclusive club in New Cairo. Sky Resort has many outdoor areas, big gardens and excellent service. It is a perfect location for our Corporate Races, Oscars or any other team building activity.
Since it has plenty of space, the Sky Resort can handle large groups and we have run courses for up to 400 people.
Indoors, they have a ballroom and many breakout rooms. A variety of catering options for different needs and budgets.
3) Arabella Country Club, Katameya, Cairo
Arabella Country club is a perfect location for smaller group’s team building days. The football field is a great size to do the Marble Run or the Bridges, or we can roam over the entire grounds for Gold Rush, Oscars or the Corporate Race. 4) Wadi Degla Protectorate, Cairo
Cairo’s very own miniature Grand Canyon and best kept secret. Perfect for outdoor courses where it is possible to conserve this prized nature reserve on the edge of Cairo.
We do adventure based team building in the Wadi where the teams have to navigate to find food supplies and a tent to camp.
Wadi Dega protectorate is a stunning wilderness environment and therefore has basic facilities. We bring all the catering and team building equipment with us and are careful to leave nothing behind when we’re finished.
5) Movenpick, Ain El Sokhna
Set between the red rocks of nearby mountains and the beautiful waters of the sea, this hotel is certainly beautifully situated.
At only a short drive from Cairo, it is perfect to reward your team without having to take them too far from home.
There is good space for conference activities inside, and the beach and gardens give plenty of scope for team building activities.
This is a perfect venue for our Mr Smith, Oscars and Marble Run team builds.
6) Wadi El Rayan, Fayoum
It’s amazing what a difference a change of perspective can make to a team. We find that getting a team away from its normal environment and outside its comfort zone is a powerful catalyst to change attitudes and behaviors.
The spectacular desert and lake at Fayoum is just such an environment.
If you want to push your team a little and reach new levels of achievement, an off-the-beaten track location like this might be just what you need.

7) Movenpick, El Gouna
This hotel has some of the most friendly and accommodating staff you will find in Cairo hotels. So much so that we have been able to do all sorts of activities at the hotel, including abseiling down one of the tallest buildings!
There are good meeting facilities indoors for small to medium sized groups. Outside there is lots of space around the hotel and our team builds can include adventures into the nearby Gouna city centre. Popular courses that work well at this location are Finding Mr Smith, Bridges and Oscars.
8) Steigenberger Al Dau, Hurghada
This is one of those hotels that goes on and on. It can effortlessly absorb huge team building groups and with it’s labyrinthe of gardens and grass areas there is room to get everyone involved in activities.
We also like the helpful staff and catering efficiency which makes events go smoothly and successfuly.
9) Grand Rotana Resort & Spa, Sharm El Sheikh
We have many happy team building memories at this great hotel on the Red Sea Coast. With snorkelling straight from the hotel beach and nearby beaches to sail from, it feels connected to the ocean.
For a group that wants a high standard of accommodation, service and catering, The Grand Rotana is a sound choice. We once took the 110 top managers from a major telecoms company on a 3 day retreat here and they left energised for work.
With room to explore it makes an exciting venue for our Finding Mr Smith team build.
10) Magic Life, Sharm El Sheikh
The last hotel on our list is the beautiful Magic Life in Sharm El Sheikh.
This is a great choice for groups prepared to travel to get a special location that all the participants will remember.
With more space outdoor space than many other Sharm hotels, this works well for Red Rock International’s Bridges and Finding Mr Smith team building activities.
