This course will help you to engage and align team members around your organisation’s vision and strategy. Sources of motivation are discussed and methods for building motivation are explored. You will practise skills to diagnose team member’s sources of motivation and causes for disinterest and discouragement. Ultimately, this course will help you to lead a deeply motivated and aligned team.

Following the completion of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the foundations of building motivated teams through clear purpose, defined roles, and open communication
  • Develop effective communication strategies for engaging team meetings
