Conflict Management

This training empowers participants to use the right skills and understanding to take charge of their situation and achieve the best results for everyone involved. We introduce participants to important theoretical concepts and equip them with an intuitive process they can use anywhere. By drawing on key conflict management concepts from neuroscience and social science, we help demystify the field of conflict.

Once participants understand the triggers and elements involved in conflict—and that conflict doesn’t mean being out of control—we work through a step-by-step conflict management process. This process includes role-playing, practical exercises, and reviews. By the end of the training, participants have the confidence, tools, and understanding to implement these vital skills in their workplace.

Course content

Day 1

A series of mini-activities are used to demonstrate and allow practise in applying leadership styles to different situations.
