Fundamentals of Leadership
Developing a solid foundation in leadership
Patrick Lencioni stated that to succeed in leadership, an individual must “master a set of behaviors that are both theoretically simple, but extremely difficult to put into practice on a daily basis.”
This course provides those new to leadership with the knowledge and confidence they need to build a solid platform through practical exercises. We help participants understand the art of leadership and then equip them for the practical aspects.
