DEVELOP CLEAR AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
The team is divided into subgroups of two teams. Each team learns a different activity—for example, one learns how to operate a crane, the other builds a marble run.
Next comes the Communication Rush: 15 minutes to explain to the other team how to perform the activity without a direct demonstration. Then the roles reverse and each team takes turns trying to reproduce what they learned through transmission.
