Essentialism

Redrock’s new line of business. Let us introduced our new book based course. In this course participants will get together to read and discuss the books content and critique its different ideas. We will introduce the idea of essentialism, a systematic discipline for discerning what is absolutely essential, then eliminating everything that is not, so we can make the highest possible contribution toward the things that really matters.

Each chapter of the book is divided into three sections. The first part includes an activity that explains the moral of the chapter and allows the participants to identify the chapter’s main objective.

The second part based on the chapter’s content, explains to participants how to read the chapter. In other words participants are usually split in groups and are given time to read and share their insights to the rest of the group. Lastly, participants are given time to reflect on the discussion questions and share their answers with the group.
