One-Time Course
Participants will have a deeper understanding of their own personality as well as that of the others around them. They will also learn how to approach different personalities to acquire better outcomes.
The DISC® model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt to other personalities. This can be applied within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.
