A job interview is not a test of your knowledge, but your ability to use it at the right time!

Interviewing is an interactive process, wherein an interviewer explores more about a person in a particular context. he main tool used is questioning and probing. The process has a logical sequence of steps, meaning it is important to understand the process then finetune it with our individual style as artistically as possible.

This course is designed in a form of a checklist that goes over what to do before, during and after the interview process. Participants will learn how to ask appropriate questions to uncover relevant information about the candidate and raise any red flags to ensure making the best hiring decision for their organization.
